Cuban Cooking Class this Friday!
I’ll be teaching a Cuban Cooking Class this Friday night at the Learning Kitchen in West Chester. The menu is:
- Traditional tomato and avocado salad
- Tilapia with Saffron and a White Wine Potato Sauce
- Yucca with Onion and Garlic Mojo
- String Beans
- A Perfect Flan
